Where can I learn about cremation and preplanning?

Funeral and cremation planning can be a confusing and overwhelming process, especially if you are forced to do it during a time of distress, such as in the wake of a loved one’s death. What size urn do I need?

This is a good question. Most of our urns will hold the cremation ashes of a 200 pound adult, and some will hold more. Generally, when estimating the capacity of an urn, one cubic inch is approximately equal to one pound prior to cremation. Please note, because our urns are works of art, the sizes we provide are estimates only. We cannot guarantee the exact capacity. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping to most locations in the contiguous United States. Orders must be placed by 4:00 pm, MT, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday. Orders placed for Denver delivery will generally arrive the next business day. Except in very rare circumstances of special urgency, we are no longer able to accommodate same day delivery in Denver. If you believe your situation requires same day delivery, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your needs if possible, but are unable to guarantee it. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, will not ship until the next business day.

How long does it take to ship an order?

Depending on your delivery address, you may choose from several shipping options, including Overnight, Two-Day, Express Saver, and Ground delivery. The deadline for placing an order is 4:00 pm, Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are generally made Monday through Friday, unless you specifically request Saturday Delivery. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, will ship the next business day. If you live outside the United States, it may take longer to ship. How do I ship to an international address?

We are happy to ship your memorial urn to any country serviced by Federal Express. You may enter your international shipping address during checkout. How do I determine the shipping charges on my order?

We offer free ground shipping to all locations in the contiguous United States. If you request express shipping (Overnight, Two-Day, or Express Saver), you are responsible for paying shipping charges, which will be calculated during the checkout phase of your online purchase. Typically, overnight delivery charges range from $20 to $100+, depending on the size of the urn ordered and delivery destination.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the Federal Express website. You can visit that link to follow the status of your order.

Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?

What if my item is on back order?

Generally, we only display urns on our website that are in stock. With that said, there may be times in which you request a quantity that exceeds our supply. For example, you may want to order 10 keepsakes of a particular art piece, when only six are available. In these instances, we will contact you within 24 business hours of when you place your order to discuss your options.

To help give you peace of mind and to demonstrate our commitment to high-quality memorials, we offer a 60-day, money back guarantee on all of our products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you wish to make an exchange, you may return your urn, keepsake, or memorial within 60 days.  Simply call us, toll-free at 877.249.7735 to request a return authorization number and pre-paid return label*.  Upon receipt of the urn, keepsake or memorial product, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s).

To be eligible:

  • Your urn or keepsake must be returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Your urn or keepsake must be returned in the original packing.
  • You must call us in advance to request a return authorization number.

Custom or special orders, or items that have been personalized, cannot be refunded once you approve the artwork or personalization.

We take great care in regards to the secure packaging and shipping of each art piece, so breakage is very rare. Nonetheless, if you receive an urn, keepsake, or memorial that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item by calling us toll-free at 877.209.6148 (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, MT). We cannot be responsible for damage that may occur after arrival.

Art pieces are variable


Our memorial urns and keepsakes are works of art that are generally crafted by hand. As such, volume capacity varies slightly for each piece. The volume measurements we provide for each piece are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee the exact capacity of each urn.


Our urns come in a range of beautiful colors ― from bright, iridescent hues to muted tones. When you place your order, keep in mind that the actual colors of your urn may vary slightly from the photo you see on your screen, depending on your computer monitor’s color settings, and on the manufacturing process of each individual work of art.

Sealing your urn

Because they are individual works of art, and not manufactured in mass, the tops of each urn may vary slightly with regards to fit. To ensure a tight seal, each of our beautiful urns can be sealed using an adhesive suitable for the material from which the urn is made. Wooden urns tend to have tighter, more form-fitting lids than urns made of other materials, such as ceramic, and so you can expect a wooden urn to have a more uniform seal.


Our urns and keepsakes are art pieces designed to honor and celebrate your loved one. As art pieces, they are not waterproof. If your urn or keepsake is on display, please be sure to keep it dry and away from water to ensure the integrity of the vessel and its contents.

Custom designs

Our artists will take great care to design an urn based on the specifications in your sketches. But keep in mind that each work of art is an individually crafted piece, so there may be some slight variance from your ideal.

While we do our best to meet your shipping needs, please keep in mind that Federal Express, our shipping carrier, does not serve every location with overnight delivery. Your physical delivery address and zip code determine whether overnight shipping is available to you. If you request overnight shipping on your order, and you live in a location to which Federal Express does not offer overnight shipping, we will contact you after your order has been placed. If you have questions about whether Federal Express offers overnight shipping in your location, please call us before you place your order, and we can check with Federal Express. While rare, there are some events that could affect the timing of your delivery which are outside our control, including severe weather (hurricanes, blizzards, etc.) or the grounding of airplanes.
