Golden Cat Cremation Urn

As a tribute to the wonderful and mysterious cat, this golden ceramic urn, and the whimsical birds that adorn it, are individually made by hand. Prior to firing and while the clay is still wet, high temperature wire is inserted into each bird. After the birds and cat are fired, the birds are inserted, via the wire, into small holes that are on the cat, making the birds independent so they can be moved and removed at will. The tail is detachable, and is engineered with a flange that “sets” the tail when inserted. Remains and small mementos may be inserted into this opening. The birds and the tail can be permanently affixed if desired.
