Selecting the correct size

Urns come in as many sizes and shapes as people or pets

Enter your loved one's approximate weight to determine the correct urn size.

Minimum urn capacity

(in cubic inches)

For every one pound of body weight, allow about 1 cubic inch capacity (for example, your 150 pound loved one will need an urn with a minimum capacity of 150 cubic inches). Remember, an urn can only be too small - if you're not sure, it's better to choose a larger urn.

Melody Jamali

A mother of three (Eric, Tara, Taylor), Melody artfully balances family life and her professional life. Melody’s entrepreneurial roots started in 1996 as a legal administrator when she opened and managed a start-up law firm through 2007. Always looking for more challenge and involvement, Melody also opened satellite offices on the East and West coast. She wore many hats handling the day-to-day operations, finances, IT support, and whatever else was needed. This laid the foundation for her role as president with Une Belle Vie Memorial Urns. Close to her heart, Une Belle Vie Memorial Urns is more than just a business to Melody, it’s a dedication to her son who passed in 2009, and to all of the families going through similar challenges that the Jamalis experienced during their time of grief.
