To be eligible, your urn or keepsake must be returned in its original, unused condition; your urn or keepsake must be returned in the original packing; you must call us in advance to request a return authorization number.

Please note the urn or keepsake you purchase is your responsibility until we receive it. Should the returned item arrive damaged, we will not refund any portion of the purchase price -- it will be your responsibility to file a claim with your shipping vendor. Accordingly, we strongly advise you insure your return shipment through your shipping vendor.

Custom or special orders, or items that have been personalized, cannot be refunded once you approve the artwork or personalization.
