Our daughter was a stillbirth. All the urns that we were looking at previously were too large or the personalization only consisted of a small plaque. Reaching out to the company they were very responsive throughout the process, sent ideas, and sent pictures as they worked on the urn. Once I received the urn I was proud of it, showing it to everyone. It's beyond beautiful. It's provided some comfort in the process.
