Care and Use
Your custom memorial is a unique, work of art. As such, please do not place in direct sunlight or expose it to sudden/extreme changes in temperature. Wipe lightly with a soft, dust free cloth.
Take care when handling your custom vessel. We strongly suggest that you remove hand jewelry and wash your hands thoroughly before handling (or wear white gloves).
To fill the urn, unscrew the bottom panel, insert an empty bag into the urn, insert the cremains into the bag, tie the bag shut and screw the panel back on. If you opt to place the cremains directly into the urn (without the use of a plastic bag), apply a thin bead of glue around the inside edges of the bottom panel prior to screwing it back on. The glue will help permanently seal the bottom panel on and prevent leakage.
