1. Place Your Initial Request.
Complete the custom urn request form, or call us directly at 877.249.7735 to work with your Custom Urn Curator, who will answer your questions and walk you through the process of selecting an appropriate vessel and customizing it to honor your loved one.
2. Select Your Art and Vessel.
Your urn curator will help determine what size of urn will be appropriate for your loved one or pet; as well as assist you with communicating your vision to our artists.
3. Professional Artists Create Your Original Work of Memorial Art.
Once the specifications are approved, our artist will commence work and your urn will generally be shipped to you within 12-16 weeks, depending upon design complexity and materials used.

The process of creating sculpted custom urns.
Sculpting provides a way to create a custom urn that is completely unique and becomes an eternally cherished piece for the entire family. Sculpting will be the most time consuming of our custom urn options, as our memorial artists are creating unique three-dimensional works of art for each memorial.
For each piece, we start by discussing your vision and inspiration for the urn sculpture. Our artist then creates a clay sculpture from which the final mold is crafted. The final form is cast in resin or metal, and then painstakingly hand finished and painted.
During each step of the process, your Custom Urn Curator will keep you updated on the artist's process, including sending pictures for your approval prior to proceeding to the next step of the process.
Once the sculpted urn is completed, your Custom Urn Curator will provide you with final images for your review and approval prior to shipping your custom urn to you.
Inspiration photos can be supplied to our artists to sculpt from.
